Terms of Sale: Ibn Zelt online store
Version 1.2 · Effective 2026-10-07
1. Who you are buying from
1.1 This online store at https://www.erpzelt.com is operated by Ibn Zelt (trading as Ibn Zelt), SSM registration no. 201403253913, of No. 8, Kampung Tengku Hussien Lama, 30020 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia ("we", "us", the "Seller"). Contact: [email protected] / 1-700-81-9747.
1.2 Your contract of sale is with the Seller only.
1.3 The store runs on the "SaudaCart" software platform provided by Ibn Zelt (SSM 201403253913 / IP0418148-M), which hosts the store for the Seller. Ibn Zelt is not the seller, is not a party to your contract of sale, and does not receive your payment. Questions about your order, payment, delivery, refunds or products go to the Seller.
1.4 These Terms apply to every purchase made through this store. We treat every buyer as a consumer, and you have the full protection of the Consumer Protection Act 1999 whether or not you buy for a business.
2. Information on this store
2.1 We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the actual goods. This does not reduce your right to receive goods that match their description.
2.2 If we find a mistake in a product description or price before we confirm your payment, we will contact you. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct description or price, or cancel. If you cancel, we refund anything you have paid under cl. 7.4.
2.3 Where a competent authority requires a safety or health certificate for a product (for example SIRIM, NPRA or MDA), we show the certificate details on that product's page.
3. Placing an order and when the contract is formed
3.1 Before you place an order, the checkout shows you: the items, quantities and prices in your cart; our tax statement; that payment is by bank transfer or, where your payment page offers it, by online payment (cl. 5.7), made after you place the order; a summary of our delivery policy; and our returns policy. You can change quantities or remove items at that point. The total you are asked to pay is shown on your payment page.
3.2 To order, tick the box to confirm you have read and agree to these Terms (version 1.2) and our returns policy, then select Place Order. This is your offer to buy.
3.3 We then show your order number and a link to your payment page on screen, and we email you the same link together with our bank name and account name. This confirms we have received your order. It does not accept it. Showing you our bank details and the amount to pay is not acceptance of your order. Please do not transfer money until you can see our bank details on your payment page.
3.4 The contract of sale is formed when we confirm that we have received your full payment (by bank transfer, or online under cl. 5.8). When we do, your payment page shows your order as paid and we send you a "Payment Confirmed" email.
3.5 We do not reserve stock for an order until we confirm your payment. If an item becomes unavailable before then, we will contact you and cl. 7.3 applies.
3.6 You do not need an account. Keep the payment link from the order screen or your email: it is how you view your order, see our bank details, upload payment proof or, where offered, pay online. You can also check your order's status on the Track Order page with your order number.
4. Prices, currency and tax
4.1 All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
4.2 We do not charge SST on this order.
4.3 Delivery charges, if any, are set out in our delivery policy (cl. 6.1).
4.4 The price you pay for the goods is the total shown on your payment page. We will not raise it, except to correct an error under cl. 2.2, and then only with your agreement.
5. Payment
5.1 We accept bank transfer to our business account, or online payment where cl. 5.7 applies. For bank transfers: your payment page and your order email show our bank name, our account name and the last four digits of our account number. Only pay to an account that matches those details. If anyone asks you to pay into a different account, contact us first using the details in cl. 1.1. If your payment page says our bank details are unavailable, or you need our full account number, do not transfer money until you have contacted us.
5.2 After you transfer, tell us on your payment page: the amount you transferred, and a transfer reference and/or a copy of your receipt (JPEG, PNG, WEBP or PDF, up to 5 MB). We only need the date, amount, reference and the receiving account name. You may cover up your own account number, IC number and balance before uploading.
5.3 For bank transfers, our staff check each payment against our bank records by hand. While we check, your order shows "Payment under review".
5.4 For bank transfers, if we cannot verify a payment (for example, no matching funds, wrong amount or an unreadable receipt), we reject it, email you the reason and show it on your payment page. You can then submit a new proof from your payment page. If we later find that your money did reach us, we will either confirm your payment or refund you under cl. 7.4.
5.5 If you transfer less than the full total, your order stays unpaid until the balance is paid. The contract is formed only when we confirm payment of the full total (cl. 3.4).
5.6 Any fee your own bank charges you for the transfer is yours. We never deduct charges from a refund.
5.7 Where your payment page shows a Pay online option, you may pay the amount due online instead of by bank transfer. Online payments are processed by CHIP IN Sdn Bhd ("CHIP"), our payment processor. When you choose to pay online, we give CHIP your name, email address, the amount to pay and your order reference so that it can process your payment. You enter your payment details on CHIP's pages; we do not receive your card details or online-banking login.
5.8 An online payment is confirmed when CHIP confirms to us a payment of your full balance; your payment page then shows your order as paid (cl. 3.4).
5.9 If an online payment is in progress, do not also send a bank transfer. If an online payment reaches us when your order is already paid, cancelled, or for a different amount from your balance, or we cannot match it to your order, we do not apply it to your order. We will contact you and refund it in full under cl. 7.4 (or, if you agree, apply it to your order).
6. Delivery and collection
6.1 Our delivery policy: Delivery areas: we deliver by courier to addresses in Peninsular & East Malaysia (nationwide).
Delivery time: orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days, counted from the day the order is confirmed. These are estimates, not guarantees — public holidays and courier delays can affect them.
Delivery fees: the delivery fee is calculated as an amount based on address and size, shown at checkout before you pay.
Lost or delayed parcels: if your parcel is lost or delayed in transit, contact us using the contact details on this store with your order number. We will investigate with the courier within 7 business days.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items on arrival: see our Returns policy for how to report this.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law.
6.2 We will contact you, using the details you gave at checkout, to arrange delivery or collection in line with our delivery policy. If a delivery charge applies that you did not agree to before paying, you may cancel the order and we refund anything you have paid under cl. 7.4.
6.3 Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver within the estimate, we will tell you, and you may cancel and get a full refund for goods not delivered.
6.4 Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or collected by you. Ownership passes to you when the contract is formed (cl. 3.4).
6.5 If goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the cost of collecting them and delivering the replacement.
7. Cancellation and refunds
7.1 Before we confirm your payment, you may cancel your order by contacting us with your order number.
7.2 If you have not paid, we may cancel your order after contacting you. A cancelled order shows as "Cancelled" on your payment page.
7.3 Before confirming your payment, we may cancel your order only if: (a) you have not paid (cl. 7.2); (b) the goods have become unavailable (cl. 3.5); or (c) there is a price or description error and you choose to cancel (cl. 2.2). We will tell you if we cancel.
7.4 Refunds. If you have paid money and the order does not go ahead, or goods are returned under cl. 7.5 or cl. 8, we refund the full amount you paid, without undue delay: (a) for a bank transfer, by bank transfer to the account the money came from or another account in your name that you give us; (b) for an online payment, by our staff through CHIP to the payment method you used where CHIP allows it, otherwise by bank transfer to an account in your name. Refunds are made by our staff by hand. Any refund timing we commit to is stated in our returns policy (cl. 7.5).
7.5 After the contract is formed, our returns policy applies: We want you to be happy with your order.
Change of mind: you may return an unused, unopened item within 7 days of delivery for a refund. The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. To start a return, contact us using the contact details on this store with your order number.
Refunds: we process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the item back.
Problems with your order: if there is a problem with the item you received, contact us using the contact details on this store with your order number as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law. The returns policy shown when you placed your order is recorded with your order.
8. Your statutory rights: faulty or misdescribed goods
8.1 The Consumer Protection Act 1999 gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms, including that goods are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are reasonably fit for any purpose you made known to us.
8.2 If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please tell us as soon as you reasonably can (ideally within 7 days of receipt for damage in transit), with your order number and photos. Reporting later does not take away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. We will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. Nothing in cl. 7.5 limits this clause.
9. Our responsibility to you
9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, liability for fraud, and liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9.2 Subject to cl. 9.1, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms, and not for loss that was not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed.
9.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will tell you, and you may cancel for a refund of anything paid for goods not delivered.
10. Complaints and disputes
10.1 Contact us first at [email protected] / 1-700-81-9747 with your order number.
10.2 If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may file a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia, TTPM) for claims up to RM50,000, or complain to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN).
11. Governing law
11.1 These Terms and any contract made under them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. This does not take away your right to bring a claim before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims or any court with jurisdiction.
12. Your personal data
12.1 We (the Seller) are responsible for the personal data you give us when you order. Ibn Zelt processes it only on our behalf, as our software provider. Our Privacy Notice at https://www.erpzelt.com/privacy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1 We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted when you placed it; we record that version with your order, and earlier versions are available from us on request.
14. General
14.1 If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
